Richard Maxwell Harper "Mack" - U.S. Navy 1946-47

Richard Maxwell Harper "Mack", served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1946-1947. He patroled the seas in the "Post WW II - State of Emergency Status", which lasted for one year after the war's official end. These brave men maintained a "revered presence" to deter any future uprising by enemy forces.
